Eric Titus White is an avid outdoorsman, regretful believer in climate change, a second year sustainable farmer, and carbon conscious entrepreneur. Eric is a resident of Pennsylvania, but has spent the last 10 years operating contracting companies in Europe and the Middle East. His current international work supports the United States Government on their demining efforts in Iraq, local works include a solar farm, hemp cultivation, and bed & breakfast remodel. Past works include refugee camp construction for UNHCR, Dept. of Defense logistics, and the first Dept. of State Recycling program in the Middle East. Eric is the co-organizer of The OpCanna Conference, the first annual Pennsylvania organic regenerative hemp convention in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania, and hopes to use the platform to raise soil health awareness, and build a network of sustainable farmers, processors, distributors and consumers.
Cameron McIntosh is a founding partner and co-owner of Americhanvre Cast Hemp, a licensed and insured installer of a hemp and lime based bio-composite insulation known widely as "hempcrete". Americhanvre is a local pioneer in the rapidly expanding field of industrial hemp based building materials and installation techniques. McIntosh is also a founding corporate level influencer for the newly formed US Hemp Builders Association, a trained ceramic artist and an experienced project and operations manager in the field of ecological restoration and stormwater management.
Judy Wicks
Author, Activist and Entrepreneur
Judy founded Philadelphia's iconic White Dog Cafe in 1983, which became a pioneer in the farm to table movement and a model in sustainable business practices. Judy will discuss her newest project, All Together Now PA, and give an in depth perspective on activism to inspire the next generation of progressive change. Judy's ATN organization is looking for members ready to change the PA business supply chain, all business owners be sure to attend and become a part of her movement.

Taimour Azhar

Taimour Azhar is a hemp entrepreneur from North Carolina, founder and President of The Hempville. Taimour has worked as an Electrical Engineering consultant for fortune 500 companies like PPG and DuPont for over 10 years. He has an extensive knowledge and experience of large scale manufacturing and managing multi Million dollar projects. in 2019 Taimour built and operated one of the first hemp fiber processing facilities in the United States, and plans to scale up for 2020. He is fully determined to contribute in the hemp industry and lead industrial hemp processing in America.
Ron Kander, PhD
Executive Dean - Thomas Jefferson University
Before joining Thomas Jefferson University in 2011, Dr. Kander was founding Director of the School of Engineering at James Madison University (JMU), Department Head of Integrated Science & Technology (ISAT) at JMU, and a faculty member in the Materials Science & Engineering Department (MSE) at Virginia Tech (VT). While at VT, he was also the Director of the College of Engineering’s interdisciplinary “Green Engineering” program. Before joining academia, he was employed by E. I. DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware as a Senior Engineer in the Advanced Composites Division of the Fibers Department and in the Polymer Physics Group of the Central Research. Professor Kander has supervised more than 30 graduate students (PhD and MS), published more than 75 articles, book chapters, and refereed conference papers, and presented more than 100 invited lectures and conference presentations. His work has been cited in the literature more than 600 times and Professor Kander has secured in excess of $6 million in funded research, approximately half of which was from industrial sources. In addition to his academic teaching and research activities, he has also remained active in industrial consulting and in teaching industry workshops and short courses.

JJ Skaro
Farm Manager - Pocono Organics
JJ graduated from Delaware Valley University with a B.S. in Agribusiness after completing internships as a custom harvester and farm manager for companies including Ocean Spray and Hanover Foods. He was previously the part-owner of a vegetable production farm in Reisterstown, MD. JJ spent the last year building Pocono Organics, A 50 acre solar powered self sustaining farm, complete with hemp, aviary, greenhouses and barn with live vegetative roof.

Organic Crop Consultant - Rodale Institute
Sam is part of an ongoing, collaborative effort to help farmers transition their agricultural operations from conventional to certified organic systems. He earned a B.S. in Agricultural Sciences from Cornell University, and has 12 years of practical farming experience in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Americhanvre and the US Hemp Builders Association will run this hour long workshop in which hemp will be mixed with lime binder and packed in a demo wall. Framing, electric, and forming will be discussed and participants will get hands on experience with hempcrete. Wear appropriate clothing for this outdoor workshop.
This workshop will explain how oils are extracted from flowers with alcohol and Co2. Attendees will get hands on experience with extraction machines and learn the many different products created in the process.
This fantastic workshop will allow those interested in starting their plants off properly, or rebuilding damaged soil on a farm, to learn from the very best in the business. Healthy soil is alive, find out how to keep it that way!
